Hard Hat Hero is a way for Divergent Alliance to give back to the hardworking tradesmen in the industry by sharing their stories and strengthening the blue-collar brotherhood. We created Hard Hat Hero to bring awareness and share the incredible stories of the unsung heroes in the utility industry. Hard Hat Hero honors and recognizes the amazing individuals in the brotherhood.

We often hear when interviewing linemen that there is nothing like the union brotherhood. The union creates a community of like-minded individuals that are bound by its core principles of family. Tradesmen have dangerous jobs that rely on their crews to work together and look out for one another, this is what makes give the union its strength and collaboration. Divergent Alliance Hard Hat Hero recognizes the family and the bond the brotherhood has created, Hard Hat Heroes wants to honor and show our appreciation for these individuals.

Our hard hat heroes are tradesmen, linemen, electricians, armed forces, or anyone involved in critical services. Our hard hat heroes serve their country and communities around them, they promote safety and set an example for their fellow brothers. They can be colleagues, family, friends, or neighbors.
